Introduction The Seminar Series for School Leaders has been an annual forum to foster our communication with school leaders on the implementation of New Academic Structure (NAS) since 2008. The programme each year would be tailor-made to give timely information on the latest development of NAS. As a continuation of the seminar series held in 2012 and a professional development programme for schools after the announcement of the initial report of NAS Review, this year a seminar provides a platform for educationalists from tertiary institutions and frontline school leaders to discuss the whole school curriculum development, pedagogical changes and assessment culture under NAS.
